- I have a strong family of hair loss and you're only 24 years old with extensive thinning hair from front to the crown.

- You will need both medical and surgical treatment.

医生特别强调：需同时进行药物和手术治疗。

- Medical include Finasteride 1 mg/day plus 5% Minoxidil lotion twice a day.

药物包括非那每天1毫克，以及5%浓度的米诺帝尔每天两次外用。

- Surgery involved follicular unit graft to the frontal hairline with possible complete in a single session. Rough estimation you will need 2,000 grafts more or less depend on the new hairline you want. (estimate 40-50 grafts/cm², 80-100 hair/cm²)

手术治疗包括FUT手术，进行发际线重塑（单次手术），医生大约估计需2000个单位左右。密度估计为每平方厘米40-50个单位，即80-100根头发。

- The regular cost is 100 Baht/graft. Scaling discount for large number of grafts.

报价为每个单位100泰铢，约22人民币。以下是不同数量的相应报价。

1,000   grafts cost           94,000 Baht

1,500  grafts cost         132,000 Baht

2,000   grafts cost         165,000 Baht

2,500   grafts cost         189,000 Baht

3,000   grafts cost         201,600 Baht

以上价格包括所有折扣，不必额外支持消费税，泰国医生接受美元或泰铢的现金或旅行支票。
